- Okra stew
- 2 onions
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 400ml stock solution
- 250g okra
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 3 garlic cloves
- 15g fresh dill
- Gurasa pancakes
- 200g plain flour
- 250g wholemeal flour
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 litre water
