Shabaka Sudan Appeal

After 500 days of conflict, Sudan is the large humanitarian crisis in the world. Over 24 million people are in desperate need and 7 million people face famine.

In the absence of large-scale humanitarian assistance, Shabaka is supporting mutual aid groups (local community groups, community kitchens, women’s groups, medical support groups) in Sudan to provide communities with food, medicines and other essential services. To date with Shabaka’s support mutual aid groups across Sudan have been able provide thousand of families with direct support.
